• Ideation and Design: Provide support on the definition of product roadmap, research industry & technology trends to create new value propositions, prioritise & maintain Product Backlog, work closely with the team to define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features, user stories.• Planning and Engagement: Support Product Owner to agree the customer and commercial outcomes to be delivered by cycle, establish the cycle plan based on capacity and technology sequencing, set sprint goals, determine/establish optimal resource mix, and build senior leader relationships to ensure alignment and engagement whilst balancing the needs of all stakeholders.• Delivery and measurement: Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success.• Provide Business Bank SME guidance to stakeholders and internal project resources. • Agile approach to analysis and problem solving- Source and use relevant information effectively to identify problems and remove roadblocks to offer sustainable solutions.• Share knowledge. Update, educate and gain feedback and insight across the enterprise on Home Lending Customer Journey outcomes and future deliverables.• Support product owner to deliver on sprint and cycle goals.

• Ultimately accountable for the financial performance, asset quality and total client return of the portfolio, including sales, pipeline management, business development.•Proven experience in delivering competitive advantage through expert understanding of client needs, market standards and industry specialisation whilst developing, maintaining and executing quality account plans for each client and target clients.•Advanced understanding of Risk policies, including Credit Risk, Operational Risk, combined with the ability to understand complex proposals and advanced negotiation skills.•Coach and mentor team members to build a high performing team.•Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio. •Lead, coach and motivate direct reports.
