✓ Reporting directly to the Director Worldwide Strategic Sales and Planning accountable for achieving ambitious KPI’s in sales growth, service efficiency and supply chain management in the Australia / NZ and Pacific Island territory which includes upwards of 1,000 photographic labs ✓ Responsible for determining and applying all commercial aspects of existing key accounts and negotiating with new accounts✓ Oversee sales function ensuring targets are achieved and coordinating with two Sales Agents in Australia and New Zealand providing product knowledge and support✓ Ensure Service Level Agreements with existing customers in retail, professional, law enforcement and specialty markets are adhered with ✓ Tactical planning and working a disciplined call cycle with major potential buyers to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets✓ Carry out formal presentations of product capabilities and Value Propositions✓ Escalation point for following up receivables and resolving customer issues✓ Oceanic representative for the Noritsu corporation worldwide marketing group✓ Manage special promotions with Camera House Group✓ Responsible for the organisation and delivery of the Noritsu stand at Photographic and Imaging Trade Show (designing, layout and set up of the stand) and conduct customer demonstrations✓ Manage S&OP process including preparing rolling forecasts and performing inventory analysis✓ Replenish inventory positions for consumables and machinery from Japan and other suppliers✓ Optimise inventory positions across 1000 spare parts SKU’s and hold stock for end of life models✓ Oversee servicing arrangements including monitoring Service Level Agreements and liaising with technical staff on a range of issues including installation training and coordinating the preparation of machines – software setup unique to customer/application✓ Regular post installation QC/CI follow up with existing customers
