As Client Relations Manager at JT Vinson, I led Business Development efforts, strategizing Sales & Marketing campaigns for client acquisition and retention. I managed staff and organized promotional events like fashion shows and photoshoots, enhancing JT Vinson's reputation as a top custom clothier serving over 700 clients across Florida and Georgia since 2001.

As Unit Commander, I led various agency divisions, including the K-9 Unit, Mounted Unit, Field Force Unit, Patrol, and Traffic Units. My role involved analyzing crime data, devising strategies to combat area-specific crimes, and crafting Action Plans for significant events like Presidential visits and protests. I oversaw security measures and bomb sweeps at major gatherings, engaged in public speaking events with community leaders, managed Public Affairs with local media, procured equipment, coordinated comprehensive training for multiple units, and ensured officers were well-prepared for court hearings and tactical scenarios.

Oversaw a team of 12 Officers, ensuring comprehensive training, daily activity monitoring, and weekly reporting. Led their professional development through Advanced Training and conducted Semi-Annual and Yearly Performance reviews. As Supervisor of the Violent Crimes Task Force, spearheaded efforts targeting violent drug and gun offenders through both short-term and long-term investigations.
