- Currently responsible for managing a group of 6 Team Managers, who will support our Retention Team, Centralized Resource Teams and our Outbound Dialer Team. - These 6 Teams will provide support in the above areas for our Western, Ontario Direct and Atlantic markets.

- Currently responsible for managing a group of 5-7 Team Managers supporting the Western Market for the sales and service of our Home and Auto Insurance lines of business.- 2014 TDI All Star recipient as a Group Manager. - Successfully promoted to Group Manager position after 2 successful years in a Team Manager role.

 Successfully promoted to Team Manager position after less than 2 successful years in a Sales Advisor position.  Successfully “coach to performance” a team of up to 11 agents who consistently meet and exceed all key metrics. Proactively create and coordinate team incentives to drive sales activity. Regularly sought out by other Team Managers for best practices and advice to help them be a more successful Team Manager to their agents.  Provide mentoring and assistance for objection handling by working with agents on a one-on-one basis to deal with new/complicated objections. Provide feedback to the leadership team regarding resulting best practices.

 Provided daily support and vacation back fill to existing Operations manager (reporting, facilitation of meetings, preparation of presentations, and responding to ad hoc Client requests etc.). Successfully managed sales and metric goals for up to 20 tenured agents in addition to new hire classes and mentors. Consistently maintain team of top ranked employees (performance metrics and sales). Demonstrated effective management of teams of up to 22 employees for both technical and customer support based campaigns. Accountable for campaign specific profitability, adherence, and service metric goals in a highly Client centric environment.  Responsible for coaching-to-performance, payroll submissions, agent scheduling, the development and implementation of incentive programs designed to drive performance, as well as, performance management including formal corrective counseling.
