Outgoing, troubleshooter, visionary, effective translator between the techie and the non-techie. I have a heart for education and the use of technology to assist in the education process. My experience ranges from Education Technology down to Computer Operations at a large bank. I have managed education technology and assessment software, designed courses, managed computer labs, managed and installed networks, designed and installed technology classrooms, managed Blackboard, Canvas, and Moodle Learning Management Systems, installed, repaired, and setup Linux, Macintosh, and Windows computer systems. Current goal is to use my experience and education to assist in the education of lifelong learners. I believe that technology can be used to assist in both teaching and learning when used effectively and appropriately. My friends have nicknamed me "McGyver" because I can think outside the box to solve problems.Passions: My faith in Jesus Christ, my wife and children, gardening, photography, archery, fishing, technology in just about any form, reading, learning.

I am lead for supporting the assessment technology platforms and teacher course evaluation platform. I am still an instructional technologist within the newly renamed Academic Technologies & Faculty Engagement area here.
