As a registered geologist, most of my professional experience has been focused in the environmental consulting arena performing environmental assessment and managing remediation projects mainly in Arizona, and also in California, Washington, Idaho, and Nevada. Recently, as a hydrogeologist at the Arizona Dept. of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), I have been fortunate to work on the regulatory side of the fence providing oversight and guidance at CERCLA sites in the remedial investigation (RI), feasibility study (FS), and operations and maintenance (O&M) phases of work. In addition, I completed a Master of Science degree in hydro-systems engineering from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2021. My background in geology, experience performing and managing groundwater assessment and remediation projects, and completing select hydrologic projects at ASU provide a broad appreciation of surface water, groundwater pollution and resource issues facing Arizona and the Western US.
