Single-handedly managed several areas of site policies, such as the Wholesale and Manufacturing business. Conducted a complete overhaul of Etsy’s prohibited policies to further align them with the overall mission.• Lead discussions with product and engineering teams to build policy into our products, spearheading a project to better define low-quality items and determine how we can affect them in search, further reducing unpleasant member experiences. • Managed day-to-day operations with our Integrity team to set appropriate quality thresholds and customer service expectations, resulting in the development of our SLS Standards.
