- Responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and adjusting (based on survey data) compensation for ~350 Advanced Practice Providers- Created policies and a decision tree to assist service line leadership in determining how and when to use extra shift compensation- Provide Physicians with education and recommendations in all areas of compensation including draw analysis, new compensation models, and personal finance planning- Partner closely with various business partners including Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Business Intelligence to continuously improve and automate processes related to administering provider compensation

- Cultivated relationships with multiple service line leaders to help them understand their budget and various technical financial topics- Responsible for turning over and sending ten monthly & bi-weekly reports to stakeholders in the hospital (some going to high-level executives)- Implemented a new statistics process for over 100 managers in Microsoft Sharepoint and eased the transition through thorough, effective communication- Revamped numerous reports in Microsoft Excel’s Power Query which decreased turnover time andimproved accuracy
