Responsibilities • Successfully delivered the Integration (merger) Raceday Centralisation Operational Program (people, process and technologies) between Tatts (Ubet) and Tabcorp leading to over $6M Opex saving over 3 years.• Accountable for the implementation of the Ubet Digital Venue Commission project which is to establish commission (with a new Commercial model) for over 1,300 Venues Nationally.• Wagering IVR centralised upgrade on AWS Cloud latest Technologies delivering $4M savings over 3 years which replaced 2 legacy end of life and previously high cost vendor supported platform.• Establishment of Customer Contact Centre enhancements implementing Intelligent customer segment based routing and also using Salesforce User Interface (getting multiple sources of customer information in a central place) and implementation workflows for the tracking & management of key tasks.• Digital Retail Transformation Program Management, managing 20 initiatives (streams) in a complex and regulated environment. • AML Transformation Program to replace the end of life platforms and including the delivery of AUSTRAC required confidential Programs to proactively manage transactions.Achievements• Successfully delivered the Integration and consolidation of the Raceday Operations Centre leading to over $6M savings over 3 years without any operational, Regulatory, industry or Government impact. Resulting in reduction of Significant Reg events.• Successfully delivered the Digital Commission business and technology processes leading to an increase 10,000 customers since inception.• Successfully managed the end to end delivery of the Wagering IVR and Self service channel leading to over $1.5M savings in the first year, which strategically has driven calls out of the contact centre and significantly reduced the costs to serve.• Successful Delivery of a critical AML Program which has met Austrac obligations.

Accountable for the Delivery of the Virtual Desktop Transformation Program. Also including the implementation of a new WiFi platform to enable BYOD and positive user experience.

• Managed the Platform enablement for the Global Enterprise Email Upgrade Program which entailed upgrading from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 across 32 countries. • Managed the design, build and configuration of the Centralised Exchange across 2 major sites (Australia and Singapore) and the migration of over 80,000 mailboxes.• Managed a large team both on shore, off shore & outsourced providers with daily engagement with Senior business & technology stakeholders.• Managed a Global RightFax remediation program which was to build a fully supported platform across 2 major data centers (AU and SG) and the remediation of 17 countries from using stand alone environments to the global centralised platform (including telephony and call management uplift).• Managed a Global Document Generation platform and remediation program consequently removing the Banks legacy end of life / out of support document generation platform.• Managed the remediation of ANZs critical risk systems of which is a key regulatory and audit requirement.• Running multiple Technology Service Management task forces driving down common incidents – with tactical and strategic focus.• Lifecycle managed key risk platforms and regulatory reporting platform from legacy end of life OS and applications to fully supported platform.

Responsibilities • End to end accountability of the Branch Office Infrastructure demerger between Carlton United Brewers and Treasury Wine Estates. (Value of Program $14 Million).• Stakeholder and vendor Management – manage strong relationship with the Stakeholders across both companies and external vendors to ensure effective delivery.• Directly managed a team of 16 resources to effectively manage the planning and delivery of the program across AAP and EMEA. • Manage commercial and procurement forums to deliver to the aggressive timelines.Achievements• Successfully delivered the program on time, under budget and as per business requirements.
