Technician I
Current- Provide prompt and personable onsite and remote support in response to help desk tickets- Primary support contact for macOS support- Assisted transition to Jamf mobile device management platform and become primary admin- Assisted integration of Jamf + Intune device compliance and onboarded macOS users - Support and maintain various A/V systems, such as Q-SYS and Neat Zoom Room hardware- Efficiently configure laptops via Microsoft SCCM and PDQ Deploy- Manage and support Active Directory and various components of Microsoft 365- Provide technology-related orientation for new staff
