As a Consultant and non-executive Director, I inspire leadership teams and the boards of various businesses to realise their full potential and unlock long-term profitable growth. With a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Commerce Degree, I have a strong background in marketing and commercial strategy and a keen interest in the intersection of media, creativity, and technology.I have over 10 years of experience as a founder and CEO of Bohemia Group, with this chapter coming to a natural end as the acquisition by M&C Saatchi was completed in 2021. During my tenure, I created a fun and inspiring place to work that attracted and retained market-leading talent, I led and grew the executive team, developed and launched innovative products, and delivered commercial outcomes with full P&L responsibility. I also served as a board director of the Media Federation, a position selected by the independent media agencies of Australia. I was recognized globally as an agency innovator and received multiple awards, including the Agency of the Year. I am currently based in the UK, consulting with local and global businesses to help them unlock growth.
