CurrentInvestigations Sergeant - Manage and supervise Police Detectives, complete follow up investigations on police reports, conduct background investigations on potential new hiresProfessional Standards Sergeant – Ensure officers department wide are current and active on mandated training and policies. Complete neutral and unbiased internal investigations on possible officer misconduct. Police Sergeant - Manage and supervise security and police officers in field operations and complete tasks such as: manage scheduling, review/approve time cards, review/approve police reports, ensure Body Worn Camera (BWC) details are entered/correct for officers, complete performance reviews, and resolve employee conflict.Field Training Coordinator – Manage new hire on boarding and training including: equipment procurement, scheduling, training oversight, and review and approval of performance reviews completed by training officersDepartment Trainer - Develop, manage, and execute new hire and in-service arrest control, scenario based, and CPR training.
