Served with distinction for the University of Colorado Anschutz Police Department for over ten years, with more than thirteen years in higher education policing. Manage and implement new hire and in-service Arrest Control, Scenario Based (to include Simunition and Ti Simulator), and CPR training for the Department. Completed numerous law enforcement specific related leadership trainings such as Leadership in Police Organizations (LPO) and the Supervisory Institute. Leadership in Police Organizations is a nationally recognized, intensive three-week class in leadership fundamentals on the individual, group, and organizational scales. The Supervisor Institute class is a two-week supervisor training with topics that are relevant to police supervision (such as conflict resolution, communication, and team building). Beyond police specific training, in 2018 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University. In December of 2020, I graduated with my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree from University of Colorado Boulder.
