My background includes a range of roles in workforce development, from program management to career counseling, and I have worked with job seekers of all backgrounds and skill levels.One of my proudest achievements was creating a $1.2 million CARES Act Tech Starter Program that helped bridge the digital divide in our community. Through this program, we were able to provide job seekers with access to technology and training, allowing them to develop the digital skills they need to succeed in today's job market.
