Led all marketing and communications initiatives for the NHL Phoenix Coyotes and Jobing.com Arena, including advertising, promotions, PR, community relations & fan development, Coyotes Charities, broadcasts, game entertainment, creative services, database marketing and retail. Developed successful marketing platform and innovative promotions leading to 15 percent YTY ticket sales growth, as well as 35 percent YTY ticket revenue growth.

Developed and implemented marketing and communications strategies for Arizona State University's official technology transfer company (AzTE), and ASU SkySong, which attracts and supports a variety of technology and research firms, as well as focusing on economic development, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Responsible for the revenue-producing business units of a private, non-profit organization, including all strategic marketing planning, event sales, sponsorship sales, advertising and communications, and customer relationship management efforts. Led departments responsible for membership and guest services, development (fund-raising), public relations, marketing partnerships, food services, group services, retail, creative services, marketing, technology and special event programming. Created marketing platform that helped drive the organization to its three best fiscal years ever (July 2005 – June 2008), including record-setting attendance and revenue results. Directly managed agency relationships for both general market and Hispanic advertising, creating award-winning campaigns and collateral with each. Increased sponsorship revenue more than 300 percent in three years. Implemented social media strategies that led directly to increased media coverage and revenue production.
