Program Director
CurrentEssential Duties and Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the AFIRM project, subcontractor management,auditing, and compliance with internal and external requirements.• Participate with project and executive management to establish strategic plans,objectives, initiatives, and work plans.• Ensure project compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, state, andfederal regulations as well as corporate policies.• Manage direct reports and the operation of all project tasks.• Manage subcontractors that provide services to the program.• Collaborate with the Executive Director, Manager of Office Services, OperationsManager, Lead Fatherhood &Strengthening Specialist, Lead Parenting EducationalTrainer, and Community Relationship Manager to ensure effective coordination ofactivities.• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in collaboration with otherkey stakeholders.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, participants, communitypartners, and other external entities.• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative methodologies to improveservice levels and overall operational efficiency for the AFIRM project.• Establish training and monitor the performance of the Parenting Educational Trainers.• Develop solutions to issues or complex problems.• Develop performance goals and objectives for staff and monitor the achievement of thosegoals.• Perform other duties as needed.
