• Worked in the services group and managed projects to install Panduit's Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solution in data centers worldwide; projects included physical hardware (wireless sensors) installation, software installation and configuration, integration with existing building management systems and HVAC equipment, system commissioning, energy savings analysis, and energy savings rebates from local utilities. • Acted as lead technical expert for control system and energy-savings analysis services. • Worked with sales team to generate all proposals and pricing for DCIM hardware, software, and services.• Served as primary responder for all technical questions about SynapSense hardware and software product lines.• Managed customer deployments from initial quote to project closeout, with responsibility for all project budgets and schedules. • Worked closely with product development and software teams to continuously improve all hardware, software, and services products.• Worked with the following customer accounts: AT&T, Bank of America, NBC, STULZ, Telstra, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, CyrusOne, Equinix, Yahoo, RagingWire, Morgan Stanley, and The National Geospatial Agency.• Managed control system implementation projects that saved customers $100,000-plus per year in energy costs.
