Art Team Management- 3 artists of different disciplines under me, 1 parallel with me- Human first approach that focused on the needs of my colleagues- Lead from within and by exampleProduct Quality Control- Ensured assets moving from product to development were of a high standard.- Maintained brand guide standards for high value, sometimes conflicting brands. The list of brands and teams include Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Minnesota Vikings, NY Knicks, & Chicago Blackhawks.Systems Development- Conceptualizing and prototyping new game modes and technical systems for both sales and development teams.- Developed several brand new games as well as updated and elaborated on previously existing ones. - Developed and maintained a system of google sheets files to capture individual and compiled data for Coca-Cola's Coke Zero Sugar national campaign, including over 50 NFL and NCAA teams.- Developed an automated system to receive texts and use the sender's codified phone number to return a URL with a unique ID as well as a decoder in excel to turn the ID back into a phone number using the very niche language, Liquid.

Responsible for handling artwork requirements from sales and development.Duties include:-Multi-tasking.-Adhering to brand guidelines and noticing subtle nuances in the brand's web presence to create a product that visually belongs to the brand(s) involved.-Conceptualizing and developing artwork for client-specific sales presentations under short deadlines.-Developing and producing assets to be used by the development team to create a functioning game, often for multiple products simultaneously.-Implement internal and client-requested revisions.

-Setting up and breaking down studio equipment, including lighting equipment, backdrops, and cameras per studio guidelines.-Directing and photographing subjects accurately in a fast-paced setting; this could be up to 300 subjects in a day.-Capturing key moments during sporting events, awards ceremonies, and social gatherings.-Retouching photos including high school senior portraits, photomerging a panoramic image, object and blemish removal, and combining exposures.-Solving customized design needs including, but not limited to wedding album layouts and custom covers, digital composite mattes, greeting cards, individual and team sports banners, and advertisements.

-Self-proclaimed District Doodler: Responsible for creating wearable marketing items designed to drive sales of featured items. These were custom hand-drawn illustrations.-Prepping meat, cheese, and vegetables for the daily forecasted sales.-Ringing in and processing payments for both drive-through and dining-in guests.-Maintaining a friendly and clean environment for both guests and fellow employees.

-Making donuts and cinnamon rolls from mixing batter, rolling and cutting dough, to frying and dressing the pastries.-Serving guests and processing payments.-Maintaining a clean and friendly environment
