Brian serves as the Campus Pastor in McKinney, TX location with an average weekly attendance of 1,800 people. With over 10 years of experience as a Campus Pastor, Brian has led complex teams with different personalities and abilities, encountering daily challenges such as problem-solving, multitasking, project management, navigating time constraints, and ensuring proper follow-up and communication. These experiences have further developed his skills in adaptability, strategic thinking, and effective leadership.Brian's journey includes 12 years of distinguished service as a Master Sergeant in the US Air Force, where he led as a crew chief for the F-15E Strike Eagle and deployed to Afghanistan from 2007-2008. During his military tenure, Brian was recognized at two different leadership academies as the top leader, an honor voted on by his peers and instructors. This recognition underscores his exceptional leadership abilities and commitment to excellence.Transitioning from military service to ministry, Brian has excelled in building strong teams and leading over 1,700 members across two different locations within his church. His achievements include certifications as an Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and a SYMBIS (Save Your MarriageBefore It Starts) facilitator, highlighting his expertise in supporting personal and relational growth.Brian is committed to personal growth and continues to pursue knowledge in faith, leadership, and new challenges.Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of 22 years and their four amazing daughters, participating in sports-related activities, staying fit, and engaging in community service.
