• This position performs a wide variety of electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical operations such as: metrology, setup, test, and troubleshoot the Array Checker System. • Metrology: Operates Renishaw XM-60, XL-80 Multi Axis Calibrator to measure accuracy, straightness, flatness, roll, pitch, yaw along a linear axis, then analyzes the data, and makes adjustment to meet specification.• Setup: I/O, pneumatic, leveling, encoder gap, limit flag, red and blue light illumination, camera focus/rotation, AOS-DRC, LVDT.• Test: Optic Calibration, VIOS Performance, and Probe Configuration System.• Work in class 100/10 Clean Room and lab environment.• Work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.• Read and understand assembly blueprints and procedures to build and test product.• Set up Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer measurement and calibration on motion systems.• Adjust and align laser polarization and beam center to ten-micron sensitivity, recording data.• Assemble and mount brackets for laser assemblies.• Perform metrology using calibration laser with advanced software solutions such as data capture and analysis for ultimate in high performance.• Analyze linear measurement accuracy.• Set up product for test processes.• Use various hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, pliers, levels, and wire cutters.
