Culinary Department Director
Current- Responsible for the strategic leadership and direct management and development of a multi-unit department, including the cooking schools, creative team, Starbucks and support staff.
- Overall administrative duties of the department including, but not limited to resource allocation, operations, budgeting and goal setting.
- Fiscal responsibility for the department to keep it healthy and on pace for growth.
- Developed, defined and oversee the company's wellness initiative.
- Responsible for developing alignment with other departments, suppliers, external resources to ensure best possible execution for on-trend, value-added ideas for customers.
- Evaluate customer insights to identify key areas for growth in programming and core messaging.
