With over 25 years experience in hotels and restaurants, I am passionate about telling stories through travel, food, drink, design and service working together to create Experience. I love working with teams and bring a spirit of enthusiasm and professionalism to any group, and am constantly looking for ways to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship. I have managed teams of over 130 people, overseen over 400 person events, created training programs for both FOH and BOH staff as well as collaborating with professional PR and Sales teams. I am bilingual (English and Spanish), fully trained in Wines and Spirits, certified in Food Protection and have extensive experience with all things Fermentation.I have collaborated with Outstanding In The Field, studied under Dale Degroff and worked with some of New York's most renowned talent, and am eager to utilize my skills and connections to new projects around the world (Latin America being a favorite). I understand the work it takes to build a comprehensive hospitality program in remote areas and bring a resourcefulness to creatively solve problems.
