Hired by President to manage daily operations of startup Video Game Development Company and oversee all elements of its operational development. Responsibilities evolved to include management of IT Systems and Human Resources for onsite staff of over 40. Solely responsible for all company purchasing, including furniture, computer hardware and software, office supplies, catering, travel accommodations, and office building utilities. Office Management duties included making travel arrangements for employees and job candidates, purchasing, security management, and maintaining detailed inventory of physical and digital assets. Human Resources duties included creation and maintenance of Employee Handbook, maintaining employee roster, conducting job candidate screenings and interviews, new employee orientation, employee exit procedure, recording sick and vacation time, corresponding with outside contractors, and employee insurance benefits administration. Information Technology duties include initial setup of employee workstations, physical setup of internal network components, projecting future IT needs, and providing IT support for all office computers. Oversaw relocation of company to downtown Denver under tight time constraints, concurrent with meeting deadline of our largest client.
