Account Manager Contracting Manager
CurrentBusiness adviser responsible for helping clients utilize their buildings by developing and delivering turnkey projects within the Middle Tennessee Area and National Account Customers. *Work with Owners to understand their business and operational goals and in turn developing scopes, equipment selections, cost estimates, financial pro-forma, and customer proposals to fit their needs.*Develop energy conservation measures and opportunities for customer to leverage their building to improve business results. *Leverage business from existing customers by assisting service sales team expand relationships and opportunities within existing account base. *Organize meetings with new and established clients and perform presentations that provide clients with information about contracting solutions and financial funding options.
