Current• National PM Leader for engineering Project and Program Network Enhancements• SVP and VP escalation resolution for Ethernet vetting and implementation• Sales facing Solutions and escalation point for Ethernet RFP Solutions and Sold orders• Provide National Build Project Management support for Outside Plant, Inside Plant and CORE and Operations builds on Wholesale and Retail Ethernet orders• Investigate and resolve issues impacting the builds for high revenue Ethernet orders• Developed and rolled out process that impacts over 400 engineers (including training video) • Manage PMP certified Project Management team for implementation of EPL, EVPL, Direct Internet Access, Wi-Fi, SIP Trunk and Managed Router retail customer orders. Direct activities to meet customer requirements and enhance satisfaction for retail business Ethernet customers • Established standardization National vetting and deployment hours for Engineering, Operations and Maintenance for 29 States post acquisition• Establish and roll out training and process to manage deployment for engineers spanning the footprint• Direct Reports manage Outside Plant, CORE, Transport and Access builds for 200 Mbps and up orders across the footprint• Establish new ENNI’s to support new and existing Product Team requests• Direct Reports Manage establishing tunnels for Ethernet orders previous to provisioning• Complex Ethernet builds and vetting across the footprint • Resolve National Process questions for vetting and deployment• Manage $1M plus budget for Network equipment deployment supporting Ethernet orders
