Current• Responsible for forecasting and execution of a $200M+ yearly budget to sustain the global footprint of F-35 JPO IT operations and support. This includes but not limited to ensuring proper investment are being made, return of investments are achieved and coordination of varying outside groups funding streams.• Strong ability to communicate and brief at all executive levels. This includes weekly status reports, budget obligation projections, program management reviews; with the ability to clearly articulate current + future outlook of global IT operations.• Responsible for understanding current global technology trends; identifying risk to business streams and communication of any IT risk to executive teams while finding workable solutions.• Accountable for developing and realizing the vision for technology at the F-35 JPO. Developed high standards for security, operational excellence, growth opportunities along with return on investment goals that the entire Office of the CIO is held to.• Directly accountable for 22 government civilians and responsible for workstreams across 300+ contractors; the DCIO, CTO, CDO & CSwO directly report to the CIO. This includes developing and managing a competent team of technology staff to maintain, support and deliver new solutions with proper recruitment and retention to ensure employee happiness.• Accountable for the DoD’s largest classified, Special Access Program IT network with hundreds of international users, spanning 50+ locations across the globe aimed at streamlining distribution of classified data and enhanced classified collaboration capabilities.
