▪️Establishing quality standards of the product. ▪️Creates an inspection report to gather and input all the data such as dimensional, visual appearance and testing parameters. ▪️Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team. ▪️Performing inspections at random to assess product quality. Using tools and equipment such as caliper, micrometer and steel ruler to measure products. ▪️Analyzing finished goods drawing and specifications to ensure that the products meets customer requirements and standards. ▪️Conducts visual inspections to ensure that the appearance of the product are in a good condition. ▪️Making sure that all finished goods key in to TIPTOP system together with the store in note before endorsing to production line packing personnel.

▪️ Conducts inspection on material to minimize internal rejection during product assembly. ▪️Creates inspection report for assurance to avoid wrong material delivered from supplier or vendor, follows with dimensional, visual and testing unless required.

▪️Understanding of how operated machines works and verify adequate materials are available to complete operations as needed. ▪️Maintain and monitor the machine to make sure it functions properly. ▪️Support in line technician to verify the failed products.▪️Analyze machine operations and output if applicable and adjust machines as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production.
