The position delegated the function to new product to industry that involves in NPD such as idea generation, product design and development as well as documentation and detailed engineering. Work with cross functional team in support of the mission and continued growth of the company.• Conducts inspection and testing on NPD samples to ensure that desired standards of quality are maintained. • Prepares approval documents. • Maintain approval documents of submitted samples pending customer approval. • Customer communication. • Participates in organizational multi-tasking requirements and supports wide-range development of the organization and committee's structure. • Handles confidential information with tact and discretion.• Performs many functions which help in achieving productivity.

• Establishing quality standards for products a company produces• Creates an inspection report to input all the data such as dimensional, visual and testing parameters• Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team. • Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.• Using instruments such as Caliper, Micrometer and Steel Ruler to measure products• Reading finished goods drawing and specifications to ensure that the products meets customer requirements and standards • Conducts visual inspections to ensure that the appearance of the products are in condition• Making sure that all finished goods key in to TIPTOP system together with the store in note before endorsing to production line packing personnel

• Conducts inspection on material to minimize internal rejection during product assembly• Creates inspection report for assurance to avoid wrong material delivered from supplier/vendor, follows with dimensional, visual and testing unless required

• Understanding of how operated machines works and verify adequate materials are available to complete operations as needed• Maintain and monitor the machine to make sure it functions properly• Support in line technician to verify the failed units• Analyse machine operations and output if applicable and adjust machines as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production
