Set up purchasing department for start-up company, including implementation of new software program. Developed product features and specs for each project based on target budget/end-user. Performed material take-offs and negotiated vendor pricing. Coordinated red-line plan reviews with architect for all projects.Collaborated with local artist for producing graphic marketing materials.

Initially brought in as Consultant to implement newly purchased Timberline Software and transition to a purchase order system. Later assumed full-time position as Purchasing Mgr.

Began career as Superintendent Trainee. After 6 months, assumed responsibilities as sole Construction Manager of new subdivision. After a few years as CM for two different communities, was promoted as a regional Project Manager overseeing 4-5 subdivisions.Later brought in office to assume responsibility as Purchasing Manger, where I was instrumental in the conversion process to "Lloyds System". In addition to typical PM duties, I provided support to sales staff with buyer option requests and developed extensive Options Catalog for on-site pricing for company wide use.
