Leading a team of (5) Service Managers, (1) O&M Manager, and a total of 88 Technicians.• Recognized for 54% growth Y-o-Y in L&M and 18% in PM / O&M, with a continued improvement in GM% from 31% to 38% in FY15. Never achieved lower than 107% of plan. • As Branch Service Manager of NY, P&L responsibilities for a $32.4 M Portfolio ($18.2 M in PSA/O&M and $14.2 M in L&M) with direct oversight of Service Managers, Customer Service Agents, Customer Service Agent Assistants, and 69 Local 638 Chiller/Mechanical Technicians and 24 Local 3 Controls Technicians.
