Wrote machine learning algorithms (from scratch) to predict presence, onset, and progression of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, and Parkinsons. The most successful model nearly doubled the recall of baseline methods to identify patient progression from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimers Disease.

Worked with with staff scientists and psychologists to asses the validity and predictive power of existing psychological tests (e.g. Personality, Intelligence, Engagement) in order to develop new ones.
