April 2020 to Present: Serving as a Public Assistance - Technical Assistance Contractor (PA-TAC) for FEMA providing supplemental disaster recovery assistance surrounding Hurricane Maria's impact to Puerto Rico (DR-4339-PR). Developed the appropriate statistical sampling model(s) used to extrapolate repair cost estimates for various assets within multiple sectors (education, energy, water, housing). Additionally, have assisted in writing formal methodology reports and presenting complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences including FEMA applicants, COR3, IBD and various other groups.

Utilized mainly SAS and Excel to analyze and create Improvement Dashboards used in STAR rating calculations, projection validation, ad-hoc statistical testing, and various other tools designed to automate or improve performance of existing processes.
