Manager of the development team that drives the development and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions along with databases (architecture, design, development, and ETL), custom web based tools and applications throughout the Telehealth Group. Director of department responsible for the management and development,optimization, and maintenance of a multi-terabyte Oracle data warehouse and supporting Oracle and MS SQL databases along with hundreds of reports, KPI, dashboards, and related VB.Net / ASP.Net applications and processes. Daily tasks include direct hands-on development of MS SQL, Oracle, VB.Net , ASP.Net, and ETL processes and applications as well as direct technical support to all members of EDW team, including Oracle DBA, warehouse architect, ETL developers, report developers, Business Objects administrator, application developers, and others. Duties also include project management, budget development, vendor selection and relations, and staff development and management. Department provides report, web, and application solutions to entire organization across a wide range of subject areas and works closely with subject matter experts from multiple disciplines.

Director of thirty-two employee department responsible for the financial management of managed care contracts and $100 million per year in claims payments. Personally responsible fordevelopment and maintenance of several SQL mid-sized databases and more than one hundred related solutions used operationally to augment primary SQL based application. Responsible for all aspects of department, including identifying and quickly addressing opportunities for processimprovement and cost reduction, financial analysis, business development, and related support.Continued serving as sole DBA for all MS SQL and related solutions and personally maintained allaspects of servers and databases including security, disaster recovery, EDI, reporting, andperformance optimization.
