-Developed and managed enterprise Information Technology group during Sherman's growth from startup to industry leader with 2,000 employees in numerous business lines and divisional offices in nine locations (including Mexico) and a value of over $1.5B.-Member of business development team performing due diligence of acquisition targets, integration of acquired operations, and representation in joint venture planning and execution.

-Developed and sold executive information system used by dozens of large law firms.-Developed analytic models and tools for various clients in mortgage trading and servicing, law, medical practice management, and manufacturing.

-Managed acquisition of non- and sub-performing mortgage loans (1-4 Family and Small Commercial) for the nation’s most active buyer of non-performing real estate loans. -Designed and developed the pricing and resolution systems for the bank’s new Small Commercial distressed loan business, which grew to approximately $100MM in assets in its first year.-Led planning and development of comprehensive analytic, operating, and reporting systems for all distressed loan acquisition and resolution management.
