Maximize yield by minimizing pest / disease related losses and or rejections.Coordinate with the Production Manager & Foremen to provide timely pesticide applications consistent with their water schedule, tractor work, weeding crews, harvest crews, planting crews etc. in order to maximize production efficiencies. Remain in communication with Harvest managers ensuring product is clean and clear for harvest. Conduct daily inventory counts for our 3rd party applicator to ensure accurate inventory is recorded for daily ordering. Bi weekly inventory of herbicide & pesticides on hand in designated pesticide storage areas in my district, resupply when necessary & return excess chemicals.Monthly inventory counts at our third party applicator of all pesticides on hand, and all pesticides held in pesticide storage areas within my district.
