I was recruited to be the Production Manager over the fabrication and first entry side of the company with responsibilities including material ordering, consumables, daily schedules, lean manufacturing, production quotas, purchasing, outside processing, quality control, production safety, welding inspection, Omada flat laser, Omada press brake and fabrication including manual mill, lathe, tig, mig and flux welding, blueprint reading, repair and modify jigs, tools, dies, drill presses, inspection. Also helped on the floor driving forklift, welding, deliveries and pickups.

I was recruited to oversee day to day activities and operations in weld bays. Coordination of jobs through different weld bays, First Entry, paint, and receiving through different aspects of fabrication. Quality inspection of welds for undercut and various issues before x ray. Scheduling, Maintenance, Daily updates, outside processing and fabrication including manual mill, lathe, tig, mig and flux welding. Left due to Reduction In Force

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of day to day operations including but not limited to; Coordination of all incoming and outgoing material, Daily Schedules, Quality, Machine Maintenance, Monthly and Quarterly Budgets, Human Resources, New Policies and Procedures, Day to day production etc. Since being at CTB we have had record GP months. Last month we closed with 485K and 1 million pounds of material moved.

Primary function is to fabricate various production and one off parts for both the manufacturing and racing divisions of the company. Duties included working with the Drafting Group utilizing primarily Solid Works design software, interpret and create blueprints; purchasing; scheduling; documentation and engine testing. US inventory, shipping, transportation, Lean MFG, Quality and welding inspection of new chassis. Other duties include Manual Mill, Manual Lathe, Tig welding on various metals; Stainless, Titanium, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Inconel, HyTense 1000 etc. Program and operate FlowJet Water Jet.
