With interests in both automotive service and management I enrolled at Ferris State University and earned an Associates Degree in Automotive Service Technology. I currently have my Bachelors Degree in Automotive Management, and plan to return to graduate school in the near future.In an effort to continue to improve my service and management skills in a real world environment, I sought out and was accepted as an intern for Consumers Energy during the summer of 2009 where I learned a great deal about fleet management and service.After graduation I became the first management trainee in the leasing department for Murphy-Hoffman Company. I learned about our lease and service options we provide for private fleets, along with the management skills needed to help operate a successful business. Throughout my journey with MHC I have been able to learn and improve our warranty and used asset disposal process. Spending time in DFW as assistant service manager and moving up to service manager has helped me learn how to manage a dynamic fleet, along with helping to cultivate the careers of our technicians. In a path to continue to improve my skills I have transitioned into our rental sales team to get a completely different perspective of our business.Specialties: Fleet Operations, Training, Warranty processing
