The Guest Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring all guests (i.e., customers) receive a quality in-store experience. They do this by overseeing or providing technical product education that articulates the value of our product and brand to meet the unique needs of each guest. The Guest Experience Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through guest experience and team achievement of daily sales or unit targets. Provide input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations into store hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when leading the floor. Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience. Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every single guest receives technical product education and assisting the guests when needed.Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure the operational excellence of the store is maintained throughout shift. Open and close the store in accordance with the opening and closing procedures. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate team to drive business results. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training. Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with team members, creating a fun and productive environment.

Alloy is the sister store to Moka in downtown Bozeman. Mainly a store that targets men’s style, but also caters to the LGBTQ community. I specialized in optimizing the display and inventory of product in the store. I worked closely with Moka’s manager in ordering product through websites such as Faire and in person events to stay up to date in ever changing retail trends. Along with this, we implemented fashion shows and in store tattoo events to draw customers in and develop strong customer relationships in the community. Finally, I managed and maintained schedules for myself and the employees we had on hand, primarily working around part time college students.

Began Target as an electronic sales associate, and quickly moved to owning that area.I was then promoted to the back main team lead.

As the Medication Technician I was responsible for administering or assisting residents to self administer medications and treatments. Measuring vital signs, weight, and remain observant of any problems and report such problem to supervisor. I was also responsible for communicating with physicians, implement physicians orders, report and document pertinent information, and other duties as assigned by the health services supervisor.

Assisted in the care and maintenance of over one hundred properties in the Bozeman area. Learned the operation of standing and riding lawn mowers, edge trimmers, and other tools needed for seasonal lawn care. Involved the lifting of 50-100 pounds on a daily basis, and 9-10 hours of consistently walking to complete the work in an efficient manner.

Intermittently worked with Connie Constan, West Zone Archaeologist of the Custer Gallatin National Forest, completing field experience in CRM. Completed site surveys of pre-historic and historic sites to determine their current condition in comparison with previous reports, and the re-flagging of site boundaries to prevent current logging operations from cutting or dumping in these locations. Completed a survey of a potential mountain bike trail being placed in the Cutler-Sphinx area for surface level archaeological material. Completed the recording and documentation of a historic lob cabin also found in the area. Utilized GPS and GIS materials to ensure mapping of trail and cabin were accurate.

Began working with Aleworks as Lead dish.This was a new role that managed a team of 3-5 workers in completing the daily work.Provided a strong leadership role and create a positive and cohesive work environment.Provided training to all new Aleworks EmployeesManage 15-20 employees at the end of each shift in assisting the closing procedures.Work closely with management in maintaining and improving dish room procedures.I then moved on to a server position.
