Capital Project schemes ranged from small refurbishments through to significant multi million pound capital Investments, carried out across multiple Acute hospital sites simultaneouslyProjects use both JCT and NEC form of contracts.Excellent coordination and organisation was required as the projects often take place within challenging 24/7 live environments. In addition, it was routine for schemes to run concurrently across various geographical locations including Canterbury, Margate, Ashford, Dover and Folkestone.
