Provided a comprehensive model to proactively anticipate, prepare for, and efficiently satisfy staffing needs.Developed, administered, and analyzed a survey to assess the efficacy of the new Veteran's Choice Program for the Department of Veterans Administration. Used quantitative and qualitative data to identify recommendations for improving the Choice Program to provide more timely and accessible healthcare to Veterans.
