Responsible for leading a global process standardization project for Human Capital Managment. The project will involve standardizing across 4 global regions and multiple countries. The processes will be supported by a new ERP system. We are moving from Ellipse to SAP as an integrated end-to-end ERP solution for Newmont Mining Corporation's Global systems support.

I work in a regional role for Asia Pacific focusing on transformational strategies for HR and change management within HR and select priority areas in the APAC region. Optimization of processes and systems is another key area of involvement. This is a role that extends across all the functional areas of HR with a great deal of engagement with the wider business. Much of the work is project based in nature but also involves a strong focus on process management and process development.

Developing business opportunities and directing all phases of delivery and client engagement for strategic and large account opportunities.Opportunities include developing and implmenting business and IT solutions for clients with strong capabilities in software development as well as package software implementation.

Led all aspects of HR consulting projects as well as a small team of HR consultants. Implemented HR software (Lattice and MIMS/Ellipse) at large client organizations Performed HR business consulting for organization planning, management reorganization, manpower planning, HR plan development, salary management, training systems and strategies and a host of other HR and training related consulting projects.Advised on HR department structure and strategy and capacity building for the HR function.
