Declared major in music, sound, and technology and minor in Jewish studies. I am pursuing a double major in computer science. Over the past four years, I have mastered electronic music production in Logic Pro X, and prior, I played jazz trumpet at The Rivers School Conservatory for seven years. At Conn, I serve as the executive chair of communications for Connecticut College Hillel, a radio DJ for WCNI New London, a student mediator and organizer with Mediators Beyond Borders International, and a peer mental health advocate through the Connecticut College Student Support Network.I am passionate about exploring the cultural implications of the art-technology relationship, developing deeper understanding between conflicting perspectives, and the philosophy of Judaism. Likewise, the humanities play an important factor in my education, as it is necessary to have a broader societal context and the skills for social critique to pursue the arts and technology.
