In my current role as a Maintenance Team Leader at EMR, I leverage my years of engineering experience and my repair and overhaul expertise to optimise the maintenance plans and processes for various equipment and systems. EMR is a leading provider of industrial services and solutions that serves a diverse range of sectors and clients across the UK.I oversee a team of technicians and engineers who perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, and refurbishment of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components and systems. I also collaborate with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of the maintenance operations. Additionally, I apply my project engineering skills to manage the scope, budget, schedule, and resources of the maintenance projects, as well as to identify and implement improvements and innovations. I am passionate about delivering reliable and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners. I value continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration, and I strive to contribute to the success and growth of EMR and its industry.
