• Alongside personnel from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Department of the Army and the Georgian Ministry of Defense, I am currently providing assistance in developing training concepts and mechanisms, personnel management systems and influencing institutional reforms throughout the Georgian Armed Forces to increase their ability to defend their territorial integrity.• Together with personnel from US European Command, I partnered with the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense to provide assistance in planning, resourcing, construction of training centers and doctrine development to enable the Ukrainian military to increase their capabilities.• Lead planner assigned to developing definitions and concepts that help inform, influence and enact US Army and NATO policies. Such policies effect the manner by which the US military and our Allies work together, across the tactical and technical domains, in complex environments to achieve mission success in a rapid timeframe.

Fort Riley, Kansas

Commanding Officer of an infantry company that included upwards of 150 personnel under my supervision. Responsible for the deployment, training, morale and welfare of all personnel within the company. Responsible for the employment and maintenance of 14 M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 1 Bradley Fire Support Vehicle and numerous wheeled assets. Plans, coordinates and supervises all individual and collective training; plans and supervises realistic and challenging training that will prepare Soldiers to conduct operations within the entire spectrum of Army capabilities. Ensures the company as a whole is prepared to conduct wartime operations, anything from counterinsurgency and stability operations to high intensity conflict.
