I am the Chair of Cole Schotz's Construction Services Department. Prior to practicing for the past 20 years in the construction field, I was a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of NY, while there I successfully tried numerous cases, and was honored for my work and various roles by the Department of Justice and commended for my trial work by numerous District Court Judges.I, along with our entire team in the Construction Services Group, are engaged in all facets of construction law. We represent Owner Developers, General Contractors and all manner of Trade Contractors in both the private and heavy civil areas. This work includes complex civil, construction transactional matters, municipal and regulatory matters, all aspects of the lien law, as well as corporate, environmental and white-collar construction criminal litigation. We most often act as long term General Counsel for our client companies, advising on all aspects of their business and handling any disputes that arise.My principal office is in midtown Manhattan, while Cole Schotz has offices in seven states. I live in Westchester NY with my family where we have resided for many years, and we also very much enjoy our second home in Truro MA. Of our three girls one attended Washington and Lee University, one is currently at Columbia University and one has just started her first year at Skidmore College.
