Responsible for providing leadership guidance of enterprise Access Management(IAM) processes and standards. Management of team members relating to identity processes, provisioning procedures, privileged account management and role based access controls, while preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Identity and access services for the organization. Work closely with Information Technology professionals in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, Project Teams, Security Services, Human Resources (HRIS) as well as stakeholders in other business units who rely on technology for company operations in order to elicit identity and access security needs and concerns. Responsible for management of automation processes and tool development for the purpose of automated delivery of defined identity and access provisioning services. Developed and deployed the enterprise's first automated user access provisioning framework. Manages user access review controls for compliance with SOX/SOC1 controls. Work with Internal Audit and external auditors during scheduled and non-scheduled IT audits.

Responsible for User Interface Design updates, various documentation updates, communications, Release Management and Support of Customer Operation's CRM application (CustomView). Report development using Crystal Reports, Business Objects and SAS.Development of .NET applications for Customer Operations teams to automate inefficient manual processes.
