This position is responsible to the Director of Training for crewmember training for NJA crewmembers. This includes design, development and implementation of training programs that focus on safety, regulatory compliance, efficiency and service. This position responsible for the maintenance of the NetJets FAA Approved 14 CFR 135/121 Training Programs which includes researching guidance, writing technical documents, and coordinating with the FAA on new training programs.

Advise the Chief Pilot on matters pertaining to safety, compliance, equipment, training and crewmembers. Recommend and help implement new or improved flight operations policies and procedures. Ensure crewmember compliance with all regulations. Act as the primary fleet point of contact for Owner’s concerns. Oversee continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling, safety and service as it pertains to the crewmember.

Managed the NetJets Aviation Safety Programs including the identification of trends, hazard mitigation procedures and oversight of safety programs such as Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), Flight Operations Quality Assurance and others. These programs all include; data analysis and trending for safety of flight hazards, incident, accident and irregular event investigations, and managing and coordinating risk management and reduction strategies with the Flight Operations department. Maintained a cordial and professional relationship with internal and external customers. Maintained a relationship with the local FAA office regarding the corrective actions surrounding pilot deviations with the FAA. Participated as the on-site team lead as a member of the accident investigation team for any National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) led investigation. Have a comprehensive understanding of the party system used by the NTSB in their investigations.

I am responsible for performing FDR Airworthiness Reasonability Checks, using Avionica’s Flight Data Analysis software “AVSCAN. In addition, I will perform incident analysis, ARINC 429 data analysis and MIL 1553 data analysis, when required, using AVSCAN.

Acted as a Captain for LBrands. I have experience with domestic US and International flights including flights throughout Europe, South America and Asia. I have spent extended periods in Hong Kong and flying through Asia. I acted as the Lead Safety Officer for the IS-BAO Stage Three certified flight department and spear headed a FOQA implementation.CL-30 Type rating.CL-65 Type rating.Cl 605 Type rating

Acted as the primary liaison between the NTSB and Delta Air Lines. This responsibility included coordinating and executing flight safety investigations as defined by 49 CFR 830.5 and the Delta Airlines SPPM. The role of investigator involved identifying and addressing causal and systemic factors discovered from the analysis of accidents, incidents and event/trends. This role also involved taking remedial action to reduce risks and to preclude the recurrence of an accident, incident, or event/trend.
