Opened the restaurant from day one, and over four years later we continue to show steady growth in a challenging market space. With my ownership mentality, my superiors have given me the reigns to be behind menu creation and design, our bar program, P&L responsibility, logistics, bookkeeping, and more. Over the last four years here, we have streamlined numerous processes and systems, allowing for a much smoother and more efficient operation, which has directly helped our growth from 550k in net sales in 2014 to over 770k in 2017.
