As a Business and People leader I have more than 25 years of experience in managing people, complex and high-value contracts, operations and logistics across diverse industries, such as aerospace, motorsport, automotive, petrochemical, and construction. I am a subject matter expert in commercial contracts, contract negotiation, and logistics, and I hold several credentials in these fields.My core competencies include leadership, enterprise risk management, and return on investment analysis. I work with internal and external customers in partnership to manage risk, reduce cycle time, improve customer satisfaction, and negotiate mutually balanced contractual agreements, while ensuring the best mutual return on investment for both parties. I have responsibility for the Eastern Operations and National logistics at TW Metals, overseeing projects and demands on all continents. I am currently based at the corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania, USA, but I have authorization to work in Europe and the UK , this experience has helped me build and increase my diversity, adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.
