Responsible for three chapel facilities, four congregations averaging a combined weekly attendance of over 700. This ministry team supported the crews and families of 8 trident nuclear submarines, 2 fast attack submarines, 1 Nimitz class aircraft carrier, and 1000s of civilian employees at the Bremerton Naval Shipyards.

Camp Pendleton

Led four battalion religious ministry teams in Iraq as the Regimental Combat Team 7 Chaplain engaged in combat missions in the Al Anbar province and through the battle of Fallujah. Led five battalion religious ministry teams as the 11th Marines Regimental Chaplain. Responsible for the spiritual and pastoral care of 1000s of Marines and Sailors in combat and training missions.

New London/Norwich, Connecticut Area

Led worship and preached at weekly Chapel services for 100s of students and faculty. Initiated and advised the student led mid-week "Vespers" planning team responsible for the mid-week spiritual enrichment program. Developed curriculum for and planned all spiritual growth retreats and special summer orientation programs for new students (cadets).
