Saudi Telecom's portal had evolved into a disparate sprawl of aggregated third party content and apps, failing to meet its aspiration to be best online destination for arabic content.Following onsite consultation with stakeholders, I revised the taxonomy and information architecture, improving navigability and findability. The final deliverables included a fully annotated specification for the development of a responsive design solution supported by desktop, mobile and tablet bowsers.

I developed the UE for an billing app based on Oracle EBP (Electronic Bill Presentment) allowing customers to view, analyze and pay their bills online via web and mobile interfaces.I managed requirements from stakeholders based in several european locations, collaborating with in-house visual design and offshore development teams to deliver a product which increased NPS (Net Promoter Score) and decreased customer servicing costs.Deliverables included annotated specifications and Axure functional prototypes for user testing.

RIM had a number of support, tuition and promotional sites produced by separate business units with related but overlapping remits resulting in poor user experience for BlackBerry customers.After onsite consultation with product managers, I produced a portal strategy to aggregate editorial and community support and develop direct customer relationships. The final wireframes and interactive demonstration models provided rationalised user journeys for users at each lifestage of their relationship with RIM’s products.

I ran workshops and did competitor analysis to identify ways to differentiate the product in the marketplace, producing clickable prototypes early in the design phase to demonstrate and test concepts.I consulted with technical resources within In-deed’s partners to integrate data from their conveyancing software systems in useful and customer friendly ways. Since launch, customer feedback reports 96% satisfaction with the service.
